RV Technician

We are looking for an experienced RV technician to join our team. The right candidate will have RV technician(or equivalent) experience, be a team player, and have a positive attitude.

Knowledge of RV electrical 120V/12V, plumbing, appliances, slideroom systems, propane systems, bearings and brakes, roofs, satellite, solar and experienced diagnostic skills.

Position is M-F 8-5pm. Vacation and sick pay offered.

RV Transporter

We are looking for an experienced driver. This position is in our rental department with a fleet of 25+ units. The right candidate will have RV knowledge, experience in towing trailers and 5th wheels, and be able to work in a fast paced environment independently. Deliveries are throughout the Central Coast/SLO county.

Duties include but are not limited to: pick up and delivery, must be able to back up RV’s into campsites and occasionally tight spaces, and set up (water, power, sewer, and cable) of our rental units, dumping and flushing holding tanks, and minor repair work.

Position requires a clean California drivers license, vehicles are provided.
Vacation and sick pay. M-F 9-6 with weekend availability if necessary, must be flexible and willing to work overtime. Positive attitude is a must.

RV Salesperson

We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, RV sales representatives to assist our customers in finding the perfect RV. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

  • Utilize customer and prospect contact activity tools and systems, and update relevant reports and information.
  • Diligently follow up on all potential opportunities and provide best in class customer support to all assigned leads.
  • Meet or exceed 9 capped deals during any consecutive three-month period.
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contacts towards achieving agreed business sales goals.
  • Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Meet expectations of metrics related to follow up times, leads contacted per day, and lead to sales ratios.


  • Willingness to learn and utilize modern technology.
  • Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test.
  • Prior Sales experience is essential.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills, and bilingual is a huge bonus.
  • Ability to understand and convey financial and pricing information clearly and accurately.
  • Ability to negotiate directly and diplomatically.
  • Demonstrate trustworthiness and reliability.
  • Ability to work outdoors; and enter and exit an RV.


  • $15.50/hour and 40 hours/week guaranteed base salary
  • 15% commission on gross profit for all units sold
  • Additional commission offered on select units
  • Additional bonuses offered for achieving certain thresholds
  • No limit on earnings potential.
